About

Bea works at the intersection of climate, culture, and social good. Her practice focuses on turning complex missions into visual systems that land, helping organisations reach further, communicate more clearly, and make their impact harder to ignore. She helps teams find their visual voice, reach the right people, and show up in the world with the clarity their mission demands.

While originally from Portugal, Bea is a designer shaped by moving around. Her journey gave her strong instincts for communication across contexts and a practice that moves intuitively between brand identity, campaign systems, editorial, web, and print. She's always been climate native. She believes design has a role to play in how we respond to the crisis, and who that response serves. Her work is rooted in climate justice, regeneration, and degrowth. As a core member of Design Declares, she's part of a growing community of designers committed to harnessing the tools of the industry to reimagine, rebuild, and heal.

Former Art Director at Earthrise. Recent collaborators include the Wildlife Conservation Society, Mongabay, Earth Alliance, Green Rider, Choose Love, Bloomberg Green, Penguin Books, and Google Arts and Culture.
